So, anyway before the flood, everyone used 100% of their brain. Then after the flood it went down to where now we are only capable of using 10%. Do you think that before the flood they may have had higher advancement in technology than what we have today?

there have been tests proving that we are only capable of using 10% of our brains... how how many things have you named? Adam named thousands, possibly millions or billions of things in ONE day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very little of what you have said is accurate. Most of us use 100% of our brains, but not all at the same time. Different areas of the brain are active in accomplishing various tasks, breathing, daydreaming etc. Adam did name all of the animals, it took him much longer than one 24 hour day.
Each creative day, or work period, was at least thousands of years in length. The days of creation were creative days, stages in the process, but not days of twenty-four hours each..
The entire period of the six time units or creative “days” dedicated to the preparation of planet Earth is summed up in one all-embracing “day” at Genesis 2:4: “This is a history of the heavens and the earth in the time of their being created, in the day that Jehovah God made earth and heaven.”

A) what makes you think that before the flood we used more of our brains?

B) The factoid that we only use a small percentage of our brain is pseudoscience and it is not really true. We use all of our brain but not all at the same time

C) I think we've lost alot of ancient technology, but I think we are unquestionably more advanced technologically today

U mean they used 100% of their brain in making that ship? And 10% after that in the world?

If so, then i can say that when man is obliged to do something , he uses all his abilities , energy , power, etc in doing that thing, especially when that thing is an order from god.

Good luck!!

Oh, please.

Citations. Citations. Citations.

Your "question" is fatally flawed logically.

And, no, I don't think that "they" had "higher advancement in technology" before the flood.

There was no higher advancement in technology in ancient times............the people were just closer to perfection than we are now.

They still carried a ton of Adam and Eve's perfect genetic code in them; along with inherited sin that was passed on too.

I've never personally met someone from that time period, so I am afraid I wouldn't be able to help you on that one. Seems pretty speculative though, as I don't even know anyone who has met someone from that era.
