I had a Cystectomy. I had to have a whole bunch of tissue and cysts removed from my tail bone. Originally they thought that they were only going to make a 1-2 inch incision, but when they got in there, found out it was much worse then they thought, so they ended up making a 7 inch incision. I was on partial bed rest for 30 days and no lifting over 5 lbs.

I had three c-sections for the birth of each of my children. My first son got stuck in the birth canal, my second son's heart rate dropped and they did an emergency c-section. My third was based on my choice. I did not wish to go through waiting, then potentially having to have a c-section anyways. I have also had very minor out patient surgery including laser surgery for birthmark removal and something called a pyogenic granuloma which developed on my face during pregnancy.

I had 6 knee surgeries ...
Two tibial osteotomies (one on each knee), two orthroscopies (one on each knee), and the removal of the pins from the first knee surgery (one on each knee).
Not fun times!
