human adults do not need milk to be healthy. nothing but bs spread by the dairy industry to increase sales. you can get plenty of calcium from vegetables and fruits.
no other mammal on the planet drinks the milk of another mammal. humans consume many things that are not needed and are not healthy for them. use your head and don't listen to everything that the idiot box (tv) tells you

Regular brand milk is full of hormones, pesticides, and antiboidics - because that's what they pump the cows with to make them mass produce.
Stick with the Organic brands - Organic milk has higher levels of vitamin E and omega 3 essential fatty acids.

if you drink semi skimmed or skimmed milk that is good for you it has hardly any fat in it and it is good for your bones. i love milk! you shouldnt drink to much of it though!
