I don't picture God as necessarily acting (or even having) whims. It's an amusing thought, though.

The creation was an act of love from God. Since A) God is love and B) God doesn't contradict Himself*, then C) When God acts, it is alligned to His nature/essence -- love.

So an act of 'un-love' such as uncreation will never happen.

*I'm talking about God, not the bible which, contrary to some people's opinion, is not inerrant or devoid of contraditions.
