does anyone else think the same about me too ? I'm 5 ft 4" 120 lbs and even though I know I don't need to lose weight but tone up, I've been trying to lose 10 lbs since like 30 weeks back. I thought I had more than enough time to lose it and I know I did have ALOT of time, but now i'm getting married next week and I haven't lost a single pound. I am sick of my endless procrastination. I'm really stressed out because of this. I don't know what to do. I wanted to look great on my wedding day so bad, but I couldn't do it. I knew what to do and how to do, I even started out like a dozen times, just never got around to actually sticking to what I planned for more than a day.

If you are having that much trouble getting and staying motivated I would suggest you buy some Personal Training Sessions (Either privately or at a gym) as once you pay and book your appointment you have to turn up or you lose your money.
The trainer will also find out your goals and when you want to achieve them and then they will help you and push you when needed.

Just make sure they are qualified and have a current first aid certificate.

Seriously once you start with PT sessions you will not want to stop, as you will see the change in yourself in more ways than one! (Your wife-to-be won't be able to keep up!)

Good Luck and Congrats on your upcoming wedding!

You really shouldn't put yourself down like that. It's hard for many people to lose weight, and stress is a main factor in not losing weight. You should just accept yourself how you are. To me, being 5'4" and 120 lbs. is normal, and I see no reason why you should feel like you "have" to lose weight for your wedding day. I calculated your BMI (Body Mass Index) just to make sure I was correct, and you come in at 20.6, which is right in the middle of "Normal Weight." I see no problem in why you need to lose weight. Being paper thin isn't for everyone, and I'm sure your husband loves you for who you are. You shouldn't have to change your body just for a wedding day. The only thing you'll remember about that wedding day is that you worked so hard to reach perfection and didn't enjoy the happy times that come along to planning it.

You don't need to be 110 pounds. Some people with lower heights can reach it, but that's just a low weight and dangerously close to being underweight, just shy of 8 pounds. I don't mean to preach, but being that tiny isn't a good idea, since you might end up getting sick or even passing out from losing so much in a short period of time. Rome wasn't built in a day, and it'll take a while to lose weight. Just think: Did the weight appear overnight or did it take a longer period of time?

I hope you can feel better about yourself, because you seem to be normal to me.

Who are you trying to impress? Your fiance is marrying you the way you are and your friends and relatives are also coming. Sure, losing weight is a great goal and is good for your health, but many people find it hard. Do some research and find a way to lose weight that works for you, but in the meantime accept yourself and enjoy life.

"the path of tomorrow leads to the road of never..."

why beat yourself up over it, you did it to yourself. if you cut your carbs down to 50 grams a day and do at least 1 hour of high intensity cardio daily you will easily drop 5-7 lbs in the next week
