Right around the end of the year, unless Congress does last-minute changes, then could be very early January. They'll be posted on irs.gov when they're available.

If you are looking to complete a tax projection, most software companies (turbotax, H&R block, etc.) should offer a program that is easier than completing a form by hand. If you think you can do most of your return early, don't even think about it- often times there are late adjustments that might not even make it to the finalized forms (such as last years $250 teacher's ded. on p. 1 fo the return).

Those won't be available until December of 2008 or so. Maybe you mean for 2007? Those will start being mailed out the weekend after Thanksgiving.

Fill and print forms are already available at IRS.gov. The website also lets you order forms and pubs to be snail-mailed out to you, takes about 1 week to receive them. Don't ask for Cir 230 though, waaaayyyy back-ordered.
