The US government is not following our laws on illegal immigration.

No, but that is probably due to the fact that the government doesn't seem fit to spend the $ enforcing the laws already on the books.

For example- the form I9 employment eligibility verifcation has been around for over 20 years (everyone employed after 1986 has to have one on file legally)
But no one ever checks to see if employers are actually using them and keeping them on file as the law requires.

The legislation is there to make these people ineligible for employment for any kind of aide and to prosecute employers and aliens alike.

If the people would stop trying to demonize those that wish to actually enforce the law and recognize that what is best for many is far more important than what might make a few happy- we could get rid of these parasites within our borders.

It does not matter what policy or law they pass until there is someone who will ENFORCE THE LAW! And no they don't work.they will not work until the jobs the immigrants do are done by others,ie:that teenager sitting in fron of an x-box all day,who say they can't find a job.bullshit Untill we as parents instill some kind of work ethic in our children the problem will not go away.I say put the prisoners to work, why should they get a free ride?

No. We have had laws for years that do not allow illegal immigration into the country the same as the countries they are coming from. Our disgraceful government has deserted the citizens to give cheap work to large business. Americans need to refuse to buy from those companies.

Make E- ascertain and authentic identity the regulation of the land (ya..i recognize...thumbs down for that on my own). Welfare departments ought to make wonder living house inspections, to make sure the accuracy of help applications. compelled authorities closure and liquidation of any agency that hires an unlawful. The sources to be seized through the federal authorities and split with the state. stop ANY and ALL reward that an unlawful ought to qualify for. get rid of computerized citizenship ("anchor" children). finished the wall, militarize the border. proceed hiring Border Patrol brokers. fix second modification rights to rehabilitated misdemeanor offenders, so extra will qualify to enter regulation enforcement and contribute. Annex the minutemen, fund them, and impose uniforms and criteria upon them, as a civilian patrol. Make hands legal to all electorate except those presently on probation for any offense. Felons shouldn't in any respect carry a weapon. I absolutely have even heard of increasing calls to annex Mexico thoroughly. This sounded far fetched some months in the past, notwithstanding the Pentagon is presently pushing Obama for US protection force intervention in Mexico, so we are going to see. EDIT: All this talk of executing illegals is extremely, very demanding. i do no longer help that.

It's a start - which is more than they've done for decades! It would go a lot faster without all the ACLU lawsuits.
