it just seems to be the same questions over and over again, and the same mindless responses. so many people who just don't understand what science is. so many people who don't understand the difference between reason and faith. how is this possible? oh well...

I'm fairly new to the forum and I find myself laughing a lot.
As other posters have said..when I want to laugh at something different, I'll change sections. I still cant get over the guy who looks like Michael Jackson...OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!
On the other hand, I posted a rather generic and genuine question about atheists...looking for basic information..and you'd a thought I insulted them..the level of defensiveness was unbeliebable!!!!!!!!! This, in inself, is rather amusing when I think about it.....;-0

periodically, everyone does. The same issues do recycle. But I think of it this way...the issues are always THERE, even though we aren't. People were debating these issues before we were born, and they will after, and they are important enough that we all should learn enough to form an opinion. Even if there were a section that continually debated a single issue, whether the world is flat or not, it is still helping people the whole time.

Almost every section gets a steady flow of the same questions. It's those questions that have real thought put into them that make it worth sticking around and answering the redundant questions over and over. I'm not tired of it, but I do take breaks from time to time.

It comes and goes...when I first came here I loved it, now I'm not so into it cuz it really is the a lot of same questions, but it's still entertaining and every once In a while I see a really good question. So it's not so bad, I don't get frustrated, I just come here to be entertained and kill time.

Yeah, your questions are pretty boring because I keep giving mindful and reasonable responses but you refuse to accept them.

So if a person is given a mindful and reasonable response and does not accept them that means that they are...

***UPDATE***
I am not trying to be disrespectful and I apologize if it seems. I am just trying to say that not all responses are mindless.

There's always the momentary distractions of ironic answers to ridiculous questions. And once in a great while, someone has something interesting to discuss, based not on some proselytizing impulse but on a genuine desire to know...

Wait until this evening. It usually gets a little more wild and more interesting in the R&S section by then.

If it is getting boring get ready to set up a new account. Save what matters out of this one and play a bit of *hit and run*.
