A religion. All religions can claim to be an experience, I hate when Christians try to claim they are not a religion because they have a "relationship". I'm sure most religious people feel they have a relationship with their deity, but they don't claim they're different from other religions because of that.

Of course, any religion is an experience. That's the mystical aspect of all religions. Some people however become disappointed with the institutions of their respective religion and distance themselves.

As a catholic, I have Lived life, as God created it.

It's changed me a whole lot and I feel very happy and at peace.

Christianity is neither a religion nor an experience--it's a relationship with the person of Jesus Christ.

“Ye shall not add unto the word which I (God) command you, neither shall ye diminish [ought] from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.” (Deuteronomy 4:2)

“Then woe to those who write the book with their own hands and then say: ‘This is from God’, to traffic with it for a miserable price. Woe to them for what their hands do write and for the gain they make thereby.” (Quran 2:79)
