Tell her the truth........and never do it again.
Remember, the devil can deceive us into thinking that some things are from the Lord

Most compulsive gamblers begin with a big win, and they spend years (and enormous amounts of money) trying to replicate the experience.
The high you get the first time you take any drug is called "virgin high." It's usually the best high you will ever get from the drug. In fact, it's usually far and away the best high you'll ever get. And addicts waste years trying to replicate this experience.
Gambling works on the brain in much the same way. Even if you do go back and have another big win, it won't give you the feeling you had the first time.
The whole reason anything is addictive is precisely becuase it does NOT produce lasting satisfaction. File this one under "life experience" and then leave it alone. If you find yourself still obsessing about your experience, consider going to a Gamblers Anonymous meeting to hear stories of those whose lives were destroyed by the same obsession.

Become Catholic and it will no longer be a sin to gamble, lol. Ok, now on a more serious note...you're human...you sin...period. Be blunt with your wife, tell her about your dream and that you had this weird feeling that you had to go to the casino so you did and won money. If you are that uncomfortable with your winnings then donate it to your church. Since you are Christian then you know that if you ask for forgiveness from your sins, Jesus will forgive you!

Dont forget to tithe or claim it on your taxes. You may be given the opportunity to give it all towards a good cause. Dont hold on to and think of it as "yours."
Similar thing happened to Peter. He had a "dream" where God let down a net full of unclean animals and told him to get up and eat. The lesson was that what God has made should not be called unclean (Acts 10).

First, give this problem over to God in prayer.
I'm thinking you coiuld do something really wonderful with the money, perhaps for the wedding, or for the honeymoon, invest it so it will grow for your family finances, or give some of it to a favorite and meaningful charity.
Then, after you've resolved the problem what to do with the money, then tell her. She'll be thrilled. :)

I wish I had a dream like that!
Well, even when I was Christian, I never had the belief that gambling was wrong, only that gambling what you could not afford to lose was wrong. Are you feeling guilty? Why?

Tell her just like you told us .... You sound like you feel ashamed of what you did and feel like she won't like it, but it's no big deal. However it would be a good idea if you would never go there again :) Gambling passion is an awfull thing
