I have had some hard times in my life in the past few years, and I am wondering if the fact that I never really dealt with the issues could be causing me to keep the weight on. What do you think?

Sure. But you don't have to relive them. I know there was emotional stuff with my old eating habits. Everytime I got on the phone with my dad I would go stand in the pantry and eat! But somehow through a recording that I use from a company called Independent Achievement Productions , I now only get full on half portions and I no longer do the emotional eating! Worth a try.

stress does not only inhibit weight loss, but can also sometimes prevent losing weight. We deal so much with this in our courses with Isagenix. I have released 40 pounds and gone from a size 14 to an 8 and I am 55 years old. Dealing with the past...guilt...isssues...does get you down. Yesterday is the past and tomorrow is a gift...today is the BEST PRESENT YOU HAVE! GOD BLESS YOU TODAY! <><
