there's already another thread on this, why another one?
I really dont think you have to worry about it. Just monitor how much of it you're eating.
One thing I will add is that protein helps burn calories more than other foods, and if your intake is low in protein (like this cereal is) then it will be harder to keep your RMR up.
Like I said in the other thread, there is a lot of misconception and blind opinions about it. The facts on the box show that it really isnt that bad, and each serving of 3/4 cup has 25% of 8 vitamins and minerals, and 10% of vitamin A, C, D, and calcium.
Thats bad for you?? which getto is that from? There are plenty of cereals FAR worse than this.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch is possibly the worst cereal for you. My fiancee is a cereal connoisseur, and although he loves Cinnamon Toast Crunch, he has to avoid it because of how bad it is for you compared to other cereals. Next time you're at the grocery store, make a comparison between the nutrition info in CTC vs. other cereals.

Refined sugar significantly affects weight gain so yes, this type of food will make you gain weight.
If you eat nothing else per day you also have a very high risk of developing diabetes and candidiasis since bacteria feed off refined sugar.

In the mood for any hot meal? Make a big pot of veggie bean soups, divide into two-cup containers, and store inside freezer. Before bed, place a container from the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door the next day.

That is very unhealthy and way to much sugar to be eating for the day. Also it is not enough calories to put weight on and it is not enough nutrition for an entire day.

It’s an age old trick but vertical stripes really do stretch you out. The contrast of colour straight down and up splits your body in 50 %.

Don’t focus on your faults, spotlight your best bits. Tiny waist? Belt it in. Beautiful bust? Lower the neckline. Nicely toned butt? Rock tight jeans. Alluring legs? Show ‘em off. It’s really that easy.

For sandwich-lovers, use spinach or swiss chard leaves as opposed to a wrap, skip the portion of cheese, and load high on the veggies.

Add cooked whole grains to some salad to increase the dietary fiber and protein and make the meal feel more satisfying.
