I mean if I want to proud and say to someone that you cannot understand this topic or this subject, because I know more than you, so what can isay, can i say it's over your understanding, you cannot understand such topic like that as i can.

Don't say that you are smarter than the other person. That might be true, but there's no reason to offend somebody needlessly. Just ask how you could explain the subject better. Ask if the person has any specific questions so you could try to explain in another way.

I assume you have asked this question because you are looking for an answer to it, not because you wanted to be lectured about how you shouldn't say things like that. For all I know, you may not be wanting to say anything like it; you may just be looking for a certain word or phrase that you simply can't think of.

With this assumption in mind, I think the phrase you might be looking for is "It's over your head." or "It's beyond your comprehension."

it doesn't mean that they don't know the answer means you are smarter than them.. remember you cant answer all the question...
and if ever that don't know the answer it is not right to tell them because you may offend that person.
