She either does not care about the child support and is offended that the man doesnt believe her (in the case that she thinks her child is better off without someone who would deny them) OR she isnt sure if he is the father
Most would say its only the latter, but I dont think so..there are some tough women out there who are just stubborn :P

I'm pretty sure that when the baby is first born you get the option to test then and if you give it up then you lose the right. I might be wrong, that might just be my state. Contact a lawyer about paternity fraud, you can probably get her subpeona'd. Where does he send the child support?

She's either not sure he's the father or just to be a pain in the *** against the guy which is really stupid. Just get the DNA test done get it over and done with.

it could mean she's insulted because he and she know for certain that she was only with him. It could also mean that she isn't so sure herself and only wants said man to be the father. Honestly it would depend on the person and if they were generally an honest person.

She must prove he is the father to get any sort of child support.

I would say it clearly means she knows the 'father' is not the biological father.

Sounds like Jerry Springer time.

Take her to court and have a DNA test ordered.

Well, it probably means that she isn't 100% positive. That's the only reason I can think of.
