Hello. I'm a body piercer and yes it's normal for your new piercing to bleed if it has been hit so soon after getting it done. The best thing for healing is to keep it clean and dry. After showering or washing your face, clean with a saline solution (this should have been provided when you got the piercing) with one end of a q-tip and dry with the other. Most infections start when the piercing is left wet or not cleaned properly. Keep your hands off it at all times so you don't transfer any bacteria into it. At the moment it is a wound so is susceptible to infection. You can also take zinc tablets as zinc aids in the body's healing process.
Has the bleeding stopped? If it continues to bleed you should visit your piercer but generally, the bleeding should stop after a few minutes.

So best advice I can give for fast healing is to keep it clean and dry.

Hope this helps x

Try not to hit it, or have it get hit. That could rip it out which wouldn't be fun.
Do sea salt soaks twice a day, every day.
Don't play with it.
Don't touch it (apart from soaking it, which really doesn't involve touching it with your fingers)
Don't use rubbing alcohol, peroxide, neosporin, bactine..etc, the list is endless. They will prolong the healing process.
Don't change the jewelry until its fully healed (a month or two.)
If you are new to piercings it would be best to have a piercer do the first jewelry change.

Eyebrow piercings can be prone to rejection (where your body pushes the jewelry out - your body decides that it's easier to push it out rather then healing around the jewelry). I have had mine pierced twice, and they both rejected. You can't just make rejection not happen, it can happen no matter how well you take care of it. Things that will speed up rejection are getting it hit and bumping it a lot. Also changing jewelry too early also may cause it to reject.

Bleeding is normal after a new piercing, especially if it's taken a bit of a bash!

Do sea salt soaks twice or three times a day. Mix 1/4 a tsp of salt with a mug of boiled water and get a small piece of tissue. Hold it against the piercing holes and wipe away the crust.

That'll keep it nice and clean!

And if you want to downsize the bar in a month or two, go to your piercer and they should do it for you.

Good luck!

keep it clean (salt water soaks are good), don't play with it, and be really careful when getting changed - i kept catching it on jumpers etc, which was a bit uncomfortable!

Yes, that is normal. Wash it good with bactine.
