Orchids are wonderful and shows that you actually stopped to choose a flower instead of just buying roses.

im a Pilipina. For us, orchids being exotic looking and vibrant means that the guy really likes us to give us an orchid. Why?
1. orchids are not cheap
2. orchids are more unique
3. some thought went into buying them because its easier to just order/get roses or daisies.
4. the variety of orchids are numerous and interesting.
go make some girl deliriously happy.

I'm a man but perfect for you question. 2 years ago I sent lilies to a girl and she loved them. Last year I sent the same girl orchids and she loved them but not as much as the lilies. She was American.

I'm American, and I would love to get Orchids.... however most girls would love to get any flowers..... you should find out if she personally like orchids, but i think she'll love any flowers you get her, and she'll be touched that you got her something special

i would love it but maybe get her the orchid and another small gift like a teddy bear or chocolate. i llove ochids and it would show the guy is stable elegant caring and spontanous.

Flowers are always, always welcome and I would simply love this. Orchids are beautiful, simple looking and classy. It would really tell me the guy has great taste.
