If someone has a really ugly tattoo, it might be a turn-off.
If someone has a really beautiful tattoo, it might be a turn-on.
I couldn't resign myself to saying that all tattoos turn me off or on, it's just not that simple.

Well, I reckon that tattoos should be chosen for personal reasons only. I have a couple myself and each one of them has a story to tell. Each one of them represents a person that is important to me in my life or has made a significant change to my live. I don't see why I would regret having them when I grow older. Now there's a difference between having a random one here and there in silly places without thinking of the consequences that they will have to deal with. Where to have tattoos are very personal as well. I would prefer to have my tattoos where I can conceal when I want or need to but also have the freedom to show them when I feel like it. I think that the right tattoo on either a man or a woman is such a sexy and intriguing statement to have and people that wouldn't like them should respect that and not force their opinions on others that have them. Sorry about the long answer...I like my tattoos and plan to have more very very soon... :)

I personally think it is, because i easily get distracted. Meaning my eyes start to wander, because i'm looking at the tattoos and not the person's face. which is very rude. I'm trying to work on it. also too, some people do not think highly of tattooed people. but i learnt that you can't judge a book from it's cover. So in closing i will just say this a tattoo may be fun at the time, but when you get older, the tattoo that was once north of your body, may travel down south or go east and west. That may be something to think about.

It's all personal preference. I have a friend who looks very normal and doesn't have any tattoos. Her husband however is covered. The only place he doesn't have tattoos are on his butt. There are a lot of people like that. Some people find them an extra bonus, some people find it a turnoff. However, it shouldn't matter how many tattoos a person has or doesn't have, it's an awesome personality that should matter the most.

If they were all done in a good shop, then yes, they can be a turn on. I love tattoos. But, if they were all crappy homemade ones that you see on a lot of people its a huge turn off.
For tattoos, I don't ever think there is a "too much". I have my back and feet covered, and on my way to getting a full sleeve with plans on getting two full sleeves. Plus more :) If someone doesn't like me, or doesn't want to date me, because of my tattoos (which aren't offensive at all), then they can go screw themselves because they are shallow minded b*******.
That's just my opinion, of course :)

I personally LOVE tattoos, and have 2 of my own. My husband has 3 and we both plan on getting more work done. Personally, I prefer several well-placed and well-done tats as opposed to a sleeve. When tattoos start running together, as in a sleeve, it's very hard to distinguish and appreciate the individual pieces. Now, I'm a sucker for a full-back tat as long as it is one scene and beautifully done. I'm not big on leg tats on guys, nor the ribs. To me, it becomes "too much" when you cannot tell one tattoo from another.
Just my 2 cents.

There is not such thing as too much, especially when it's tattoo's. I say you're not a turn off one bit, unless you have a bad personality, then you're good. It's good that you don't care what other people think of you. That's the right way to live.

in my opinion:
It all depends on what the art work is...does it all have a theme or is it just random things that don't make sense together. Having a koi on your back with waves & cherry blossoms...good idea...adding a mickey mouse to it...bad idea
I love tattoos...but I've seen some and thought "what was that person thinking?"
