I am bleeding from my hemorrhoids, it`s pretty bad at times, can this be bad and what do you suggest. I have suffered from them since I had my first child 22 years ago. They don`t bleed often but this past week they have.

I usually pack a little toilet paper there to keep the bleeding down. Sometimes use the store brand creames.
and when real bad go to the doctor.

You will get anemic from repeated bleeding from your hemorrhoids plus your monthly menses. I suggest you seek medical treatment already at this stage because it will not reverse by itself and can be aggravated by further constipation due to faulty diet.

I've had friends that the pain has been so bad they had to be surgically removed. I would highly recommend seeing a doctor even if they do not hurt for fear of infection.
