The very act of putting together the sermon, the prayer and the reading of the Bible, is itself an act of worship. I know that on the weeks where I have to prepare a Sunday school lesson, I am often more likely to hear from God then when I am merely a student.

I asked my Pastor this once. He said that he always finds time to immerse himself in the Word of God and sit under the teachings of other Pastors. They worship the same way we do through singing, acts of worship etc.
The worship part of a Sunday service isn't always the sermon...it is a state of heart.

My "preacher" always says he is speaking to himself first, the rest of us just get to listen in. Worship can happen anywhere, not just at "church". If that is the only time you worship, you need to do more. Worship is praying, singing, dancing, reading the Bible. "Church" is coming together with others to worship, but only if you are worshiping. Use your heart/soul, not your head when you worship.

A Catholic priests worships like other Catholics do. Even though he "offers the mass" the people are all offering the mass with him because we read along as he says the prayers.
"The Holy Mass is a prayer itself, even the highest prayer that exists." - Pope Pius X
Priests partake of all the sacraments that the faithful do. Priests attend mass and take Communion, go to confession (to other priests), get confirmed, last rites, etc.

The exact way that Jesus said to:
"Do this, in remembrance of me" - Jesus.
I celebrate the Holy Mass whenever I can.
"Unless you eat of My Flesh and drink of My Blood, ye have no life in you." - Jesus.
