now I lost 65 lbs in 4 1/2 months, no crash diets, this is how I did it, no soda, no alcohol, six meals a day small ones, fruit, nuts, grains, proteins, exercise, walking, swimming, and some weights, and drink lots of water, 8 to 10 glasses a day one before a meal, it was done healthy and I've kept it off and still want to lose another 30 lbs, I started at 265 lbs, and 5'5" tall, waist was 41, its now 33,34. you can do this if you want to, check with your M.D. first, I did, because I am a diabetic, and I'm now going to school to be a personal trainer, and some of my family is trying this and it is working for them as well.

It's not possible to get enough nutrition on a thousand calories. Your body will go into famine mode and hold onto every ounce. Remember you have to get all your vitamins, fiber and protein. You even need small amounts of fat. Go to at least 1200.
Eat only whole foods - fruit instead of juice, no processed fruit bars or energy bars. Raw veggies and whole grains, no white flour or white rice.

Very unhealthy, a crash diet. You will gain more when you end it.
