It's YHWH or YHVH. How that is actually pronounced is lost to history, as it was only ever said in the temple. Historians tend to pronounce it Yahweh as a convention, though there are other possible pronunciations.

Technically, the only name of G-d is YHVH. The other words we call names are actually what are called "emanations of G-d" or Midot. The ways we perceive G-d. There are many, many of these.
