It makes sense that it would. But I have tried searching the different kind of effects that cheap liquor would have versus expensive liquor and have found none. I also want to know how it effects you differently.

A little alcohol in moderation isn't bad for you. Excess drinking is bad for you, which applies no matter how much you spend on the booze.
There really isn't a difference in cheap and expensive liquor other than how much it costs to produce. The sort of drunk you're going to be on if you've had two shots of McCormick's vodka is the same drunk you're going to get from two shots of Belvedere.
Ethanol is ethanol.

From experience it all makes you feel like **** at the end of the day and we feel that shitty you came and tell the difference between good I'll call in bed I'll car if you're drinking a lot. Alcohol is evil it's the Devils piss. It should be outlawed in marijuana should replace it , no one has ever died off marijuana or had any complications. **** alcohol and **** the businesses that make it for their profit if there is a God or a devil,they will definitely go to hell,and anyone else making profit and allowing this including the government and anyone in the government. So **** alcohol drink glasses smoke more weed. That's if you want to live longer if you don't give a **** drink at handler day and die any day.

cheap liquor is better for you. they did a test on this and they say cheap liquor is better then the expensive stuff

Alcohol is alcohol and all can kill you. Cheap liquor is called "cheap" because it's proof is lower than the more premium bottle of the same.
So, because the percentages are different, higher quality liquor would kill you faster because of the higher alcohol content.

I sould say yes, the cheaper the more you can buy the more you can drink. But the actual answer is no. Cheaper alcohol tends to have more impurities that would lead to more severe hangovers but all kills brain cells, more you drink the more damage is done, cheap or expensive.
