I exercise everyday...run about 5-7 miles a day, and try to eat better. I give into temptation a lot though. How can I stop, or what foods should I be eating to help me lose the last 10 pounds I want to lose. Is peanut butter good or bad? Is to much fruit bad? Just need a little heads up. What about oatmeal?

Peanut butter, fruit and oatmeal are all great, healthy foods. As long as you don't eat junk food all day, you really only need to watch your calories. If you want to lose that last 10 lbs, you'll need to burn more calories than you take in.

Lots of web sites, (including webmd.com) have calorie calculators that can help you figure out how many calories you can ingest per day and still lose weight.

Good luck! And remember, stress and lack of sleep also contribute to weight gain. Take it easy.

Just read the calorie & fat contents on the box or container the food comes in.

You can't go wrong with fruit (anything berry burns fat) and veggies (the greener the better)

Peanut butter has a lot of fat & calories in it - I usually buy the lighter, low fat, organic brand.

Go with lean chicken and fish instead of red meat.

Here is a list of fat buring foods I googled:
apples
apricots
artichokes
asparagus
beets
blackberries
blueberries
broccoli
Brussels sprouts
cabbage
cantaloupe
carrots
cauliflower
celery
cherries
chives
cod
corn
crabs
cranberries
cucumbers
eggplant
flounder
garlic
grapefruit
grapes
green beans
honeydew
kale
leeks
lemons
lettuce
limes
lobster
mangoes
mushrooms
nectarines
okra
onions
oranges
papaya
parsley
peaches
pears
peas
peppers
pineapple
prunes
pumpkin
radishes
raspberries
red cabbage
sauerkraut
scallions
spinach
squash
strawberries
string beans
tangerines
tomatoes
turnips
watermelon
