For short term use like that for a headache both are perfectly safe to take with very minimal risks of any side effects whatsoever. The GI side effects associated with NSAID use are seen with long term use. If you have a headache for that long you should really see your doctor because you have a bigger problem.
Just use whatever works better, except for a hangover, never take paracetamol (Tylenol/acetominophen)

Paracetamol. I'm allergic to aspirin and other NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, so I have little choice. My personal experience, however, is that paracetamol is not nearly as effective a painkiller as the NSAIDs. If I have a killer headache or whatever, I often use Darvocet or combined tramadol/paracetamol.

Paracetamol. If used correctly, there are no side affects.

Aspirin has side affects. A condition may warrant the risks, but I don't think a headache is one of those conditions.

Paracetamol does not irritate gastric mucosa.
