Know that you will fail. Make sure all of your other assignments are on point and hope to pass the class. A failed exam does not mean a failed class. If you are going to fail the class, then be prepared to take another class next year in its place or take the same class again.

You won't feel better but you will have to accept it and keep on keepin on.
