DO I GO TO? RCMP? Is there some sort of internal affairs bureau? or what do I do?

You know, the first thing you do when being hunted is get a gun. By all means protect your physical integrity. If the local officials are corrupt, call the news stations informing them of possible dangers, or any one else that can make a public record of it, including writing letters.

Next, you obviously have of higher forms of goverment police agencies in Canada. Contact them. If you're in danger with them, you're in a world of trouble. Take your gun and seek America with your story. Americans like to butt in on others' affairs.

Maybe try to stop hanging around with dirtbags. Good ethical, law abiding people do not get into trouble like this.

Don't you have family/ friends to protect you? Why can't you go to the police? I wish I could help you, but I don't know enough details.
