It's for 4th and 5th grade kids. Something appropriate for that age?

cant help on the software end-do know that if you get them to type----the quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog--------it will hit all 26 letters of the alphabet and if you get them to repeat it many times soon it will be in their muscle memory--this is an old typing lesson from the days of manual underwood typewriters and should work still today---smile and enjoy the day
