I have a small tattoo on my left hip (a very dumb mistake that I made), and I was thinking about getting it removed. Someone informed me of infecting milk into the area with a tattoo inking gun, they said it works, they even tried it. Anyone know anything about that? And are there any other methods other than lazer removal?

Are you stupid or something?
Don't inject milk into your body!
None of those stupid "home remedies" work, people just make them up to see if idiots will actually try them!
Start saving up, laser removal is your best bet, and it's expensive.

Here is a quote I pulled off the Internet...."At times the tattooed sections of the skins are pierced using tattoo machines to inject a mixture of milk and sulfanilamide. Milk injected under the skin causes festering all over the area of shot within 2-3 days. The skin with dye in it simply rots away. The rotting is followed by scarring in 14-20 days. Sulfanilamide is thought to combat general sepsis." Sounds kind of disgusting. This would be more disfiguring than any tattoo. Personally, I wouldn't even attempt it and I have seen and heard of some horror stories from people who had laser done for tat removal (I'm a nurse), so I don't about that either. Here is the link from which I found the above....

They make creams that lighten tattoos such as TatBGone and Tattoo-OFF, but I can't imagine they remove all traces of the tat. Maybe you can check into one of these or find out what kind of luck people have had with them. If it was me I would just keep the small inconspicuous tat...:) Good luck though in whatever YOU decide to do.

I also had heard of that. I too have a tatoo I would love to have removed from my hand. So I thought I would give it a try. I took a syringe full of buttermilk and injected the site and I think it actually made it appear darker than before.

Never heard of milk being used, but I know a guy that took one off with some sandpaper.

I have never heard of that, but who knows? It's a good possibility it's true.
