King Saul got away from Walking with GOD and tried to have David killed!!!
Saul was jealous of David.
David (even though he sinned--some big sins too!)
Kept on Walking with GOD---David had Mercy on King Saul (he coulda' killed him one time, Personally!)
because King Saul was Still Chosen of GOD to be King.
(even though Saul was Trying to Kill him)
David Respected what GOD had done for Saul, even though Saul went "Bad".
Because of Davids Mercy and Forgiveness towards King Saul, GOD Almighty Protected David and gave him the VICTORY.
King Saul died and David became The King.
See?
Now, when Other Children of GOD give you "Hell", give them "Heaven" (Mercy and Forgiveness!) and GOD Almighty will Protect you and Deliver you and give YOU The Victory!

It's because Saul didn't act as God told him to that he lost the throne to David.
Had Saul been obedient to God the the promise would have been fulfilled in regard to his descendants on the throne.
