Well, that is easy, try visiting

http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/

There are many you may choose to use. Just click on any of them and "view" the source which will show all the CSS and the html needed.

In fact here is one from Stu's page (above) its simple and changes colors on hover
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/DTD/xhtml11.dtd">

stu nicholls | CSS PLaY | list eight

I added the page6 link just so you would have 6 items but you can add or remove to suit your site. Change colors etc in the CSS.

That one is vertical, if you want horizontal use this one

There simply isn't enough space here to list all the code possible for menus. I program with notepad or HTMLKit so using the "designer" programs is up to you. If you were to "cut and paste" the code above into notepad and save it as html (file - save as - menu.html) it will work. Didn't even need a big program. Simple.

i'm no longer very attentive to Dreamweaver as i've got in easy terms ever used Microsoft Frontpage yet i might assume the alternative could be there. First make 2 buttons in photoshop one the conventional shade and one that is replaced to what it particularly is going to likely be like on mouse over. Then someplace there could be a "buttons" menu or toolbox look for onMouseOver or on Scoll over or some thing to that consequence. Use the help in case you cant discover it. If dreamweaver doesnt have it do a websearch on "changing photographs on mouseover" and it particularly is going to discover you a javascript code you are able to replica and paste into this methodology. i desire this helped, aw4lly
