You know it's not free, legally.
Try GimpShop instead. It's free, Google for it. There are also many others.
Learn how to use it by clicking on the Help Tab and reading the Help files, going to the website for the tutorials and FAQs, or Googling for free tutorials.

Adobe Photoshop costs over $500 US. Anywhere you can download for "free" is illegal. Within the US, a theft over $500 is considered a felony. What gives you and others the idea that it should be free?
In addition to being illegal, often a free download is accompanied with the worst of all virus. GIMP is free. Settle for it.
