What does "unbridled concupiscence" mean?

something to do with morality...
i took a course on this but i can't remember exactly...
i can't make a concrete example for it?
or a case? a situation?

Suprisingly, concupiscence has two contradictory meanings. It could mean, "The yearning of the soul for good", or "the tendency to do evil". Parsing the Latin word "concupiscentia" is no help.
