My aunt had her tubes tied, clamped, whatever. But with-in 2 years she had gotten pregnant. My cousin is now almost 10 years old. Doctors do explain that there is a chance of the tubes reconnecting, thus making it able to conceive. When he was about 4 she resulted in getting my uncle fixed, OUCH!!!

Sure - if the clamping is not 100% when the ovulation happens - possibly due to some rough and tumble or an incorrectly placed clamp. there are other ways to get over - cutting the fallopians for example - dont know if thats allowed in western countries though :O

Very rarely I would imagine but no doubt it has happened but only because the clamping was obviously not done correctly.

My Grandmother did and her child was born a year after my eldest sister was born. That was over 30yrs, so not sure if it is as common now.

Yes its still possible but not very likely. But most likely when it does happen you end up having a miscarriage.

I know someone very personally who did indeed. She had it done. Went back for her check-up to see if she was healing. They told her she was pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!! Her husband had a vasectomy immediately, no more kids since.
