Any speech recognition software will do your job. Try Dragon Naturally Speaking or IBM Via Voice. Note that, you PC needs to have a high-end configuration for these applications.

You can check www.nonags.com for freeware or for $4.95 you can get a membership with FullReleases.com and get one from them. I don't think twocows.com is still running but they used to have freeware like that...nonags is your best bet and its free.
