It's difficult to say. I've been on discussion boards where atheist/theist debates have gone on for days, with battle lines quickly being drawn and neither side willing to give an inch to the other.
Personally, I think it's about even. Anyone who insists on pushing their beliefs, or lack of them, to the extent of trying to browbeat their opponents into submission is extremely annoying in my opinion.

Hi there, here we go....
I don't see Christians annoying atheists, why should we, it is them that don't believe.
I will definitely say it is the Atheists that keep on annoying the Christians for I think deep inside themselves they are so unsure.

The people who are annoying are the people who ask questions that:
1. have no answer
2. don't want an answer, they have already made up their mind
3. enjoy insulting a group of people for no reason
4. won't leave well enough alone.
