LASAGNE... a layered pasta dish with cheese, large flat pasta, ground meat, sauce
GREENS AND BEANS... sauteed escarole with butter garlic and northern beans
EGGPLANT PARMESAN... breaded and fried slices of eggplant, layered with cheese, sauce and i put ground beef in there too
CHICKEN PARMESAN ... breaded and fried boneless chicken topped with sauce and mozzarella
LINGUINE AND CLAM SAUCE.... linguine with a white, garlic clam sauce on top with grated parmesan
ITALIAN WEDDING SOUP..... chicken based soup with carrot, onion, celery, tomatoes, small meatballs, escarole, and grated parmesan cheese

OVEN BREAKFAST HASH
2 pounds potatoes-- 5 or 6 med
1 pound bob evens sauage -orginal
1 ------12ounce can----evaporated milk 1/3 c green onions
1 tab# worchestersauce
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
1 T melted butter or margine
1/2 t paprika
cook potatoes in boling water until fork tender
drain and chop up or mash
preheat oven 350*
crumble and cook sauage in skillet until browned drain transfer to bowl stir in potatoes milk green onions worcestersauce sauce salt pepper
pour in greased 2 1/2 casserole dish sprinkle with bread crumbs drizzle the melted butter sprinkle with the paprika
bake uncovered 30-35 minutes or until casserole bubbles and top is browned refrigerate left overs
now to tell you about it because it is a streacher and i'm italian ! baby
