Ive been having this condition my whole life.Ill get real dizzy right b4 it, the dizziness will increase till my upper body jerks real fast, and i might have a few jerks, a few seconds apart.But i remain conscious during the whole thing, and im still able to walk. Is this a epileptic seizure?Or what else could this be?

This may be a partial seizure, or what used to be called a "petit mal" seizure. But it may be something else. Only a qualified medical professional, usually a neurologist, can diagnose a seizure disorder and prescribe appropriate treatment.
Start with your regular medical doctor. Ask them what they think this may be. Most likely, that doctor will say you need to have a neurological workup, which is painless. The main part of such an evaluation is an EEG, which again is painless but annoying.
If you're really concerned about this, then bite the bullet and go to the doctor.

Could be some sort of fit - whatever it is, you need to get it diagnosed properly by a doctor.
Please go and see one as soon as you can.
