Whoever offer unconditional apology for murderers and child rapist etc, they themselves are evil. Because of these people crime is increasing in society.

Again a subject that is much misunderstood and mis-practiced.
God himself demands that we turn around and leave our wicked way, produce works of repentance and lead holy lives if we are to have his forgiveness.
In regard to the kinds of people you mention, these are legal issues and should be dealt with by the proper authorities that have been endowed with their power from God.
As far as Christian forgiveness, the same principle as God is using comes into play.
If a Christian brother or sister commits a sin this is stated:
"Take heed to yourselves: if thy brother sin, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him"
It again demands works of repentance, then if this occurs there can be forgiveness. If the sin is so gross as to make this impossible then it is also probable that the sinner will not repent.
There is a scripture that states that some people's sins do not permit them to return to God.
However, the Christian must let God do the avenging. If God's servant the government must be called on in legal issues to avenge the deed so be it.
Then once the Christian knows and accepts that the deed is in God's good hands and will be avenged, he can let go of anger, grudge and hate. Still, if a person has trouble forgiving a murderer, God will understand this too.
Please understand this. God shall punish all wrongdoing. Forgiveness does not mean that the wrongdoing isn't punished! No, not at all, the opposite is true, always.

Forgiving others can be therapeutic. Many folk have developed ulcers and or bad attitudes because they refuse to forgive. On the other hand, rapist and such should be forgiven in the sense that they need some serious redirecting but forgiveness in these legal sensitive areas may not prevent the perpetrator from receiving a punitive sentence.

To forgive doesnt mean to condone the actions of those transgressors.
They must still face trial and punishment.
Everyone deserves a chance of redemption. Certain crimes (where restitution isnt possible) can have major eternal consequences when it comes to the Lord's forgiveness.

Yes, forgiveness is a basic requirement we all need to have not because of our religions, but for the benefit of the society at large.
No doubt many religions preach it.
But our Hinduism (Sanadhana Dharma) says that you will harvest what you sow. Getting forgiven is something, but getting back the result of your action is different and unavoidable.

Does my religion require forgiveness? My faith states such thoughts as: "Do What Thou Wilt Shall Be The Whole Of The LAW". (It then goes on to qualify "Love Is the LAW, Love Under Will. Thou Hast No Right Other Than To Do Thy Will".
Or in another version: "Do What Thou Wilt, Save it Harm None". In other words Love is the main Key, Working (Where possible) so that no-one (including yourself!) is harmed in any way. As for forgiveness? Well, the way I personally see it, Forgiveness is an Act of Love. I can remember people firgiving me, their forgiveness helped me to understand what I had done, accept the responsibility for my actions, and indeed, to move on, it helped me not to behave in those ways ever again! Yes, I try to practice forgiveness, it is not the same thing as forgetting, it is trying to understand, to reconcile, to move on. Love IS the LAW.

Require forgiveness is to be given freely from the individual.
As a christian i go to the alter and ask God to forgive me of my sins. Does the church require this? no ,God does,
Am i to forgive a murder, rapists, God tells us to. But the Holy Spirit illuminates that to us. We are suppose to. Yes.
Moses murdered. All of those are sins and you acquire forgiveness from God. If you get it from the people OK. But God should be the one you need it from the most. You find redemption thru your sincere Salvation. Striving to be Christ like. I would think.

My religion requires no forgiveness. Heaven is not really mentioned as an obtainable paradise in my religion either. Taoist are against the taking of lives, unless in defense of yourself or family, but do believe that prisons do a good job in seperating those that have proven that they cannot be trusted with regular society, away from the rest of the world.

Justice and forgiveness are two different things. I am rquired to forgive anyone who hurts me, b/c it is in the Lord's hands to serve justice. After all, he has given mercy to those who go to him for it.
People who are incorrigible and violent should be served justice. People who take away the lives of others, thus never being able restore, should be dealt with justly so that they will never be able to hurt another person.

Required forgiveness.... ???? Required.... ????
Honestly.... Is there anything at all that religion doesn't demand of it's members ?
And what's up with this forgiveness and redemption nonsense.... Our criminal justice system works very well without the help of religion, thank you very much. Let's leave it that way, shall we ?
Murderers, rapists and the like are brought to justice and sentenced. Where possible, criminals are rehabilitated.

I'm a born again Christians, and to answer your question, Yes we are required to forgive and we do practice forgiveness.
Everyone deserves to be forgiven, it doesn't matter how grivious their sin is. John 3 vs 16 says, "For God so loved the world that He gave his begotten Son, that who so ever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
This scripture says "who so ever". It does not put people in categories of sin, so Jesus Christ also came for them. He loves them, they are Gods people. In John 12 vs 46-48 Jesus says, " I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.
And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
We humans have no right to judge as we received mercy through Jesus Christ.
Redemption is available if they believe the words of Jesus Chist, if they receive Him as Lord and Saviour.
To add on this forgiveness doesn't mean exemption from punishment. God has put our government to lay down the law of the Country, if you are a killer you will receive God's forgiveness for your sins, but still have to take responsibility of your actions. e.g. 2 Samuel (chapters 11 & 12). David sinned, God forgave him, but he still suffered the consequences of his actions.
If you want more information on this, please write to me directly. I am more that willing to help. God bless.
