whats the best power tooth brush?

i injured my dominant hand, and im really having a bad time using my other hand to brush.. my girlfriend is starting to smell something wierd.. HELP!

anything can you recommend:
-->i can buy in the phillippines,
-->cheap, at most PhP 1000 ($200) with shipping if needed
-->has well known reputation
-->been proven to whiten teeth (optional)

i need some serious answers here, posibly by dentists or someone who use power brushes themselves.. and yes ive tried googling it but apparently i cant reach someone who actually knows the product.. and please no "go see your dentist" answers...
