I recently installed the recovery console on my windows 2000 professional operating system because i needed to delete file internat.exe from my system32 folder using MSDOS without getting this command with windows running. I could not use the arrow keys on my wireless keyboard and had to plug in my old wired keyboard so that the arrow keys allowed me to select the recovery console mode at startup. Is there any way I can select the operating system at startup using a wireless keyboard and where can i download a clean version of internat.exe?

The drivers for your wireless keyboard probably load later than the function you are trying to use. Using a wired keyboard for recovery and maintenance is the smart move. You should be able to get a clean version of internat.exe from the cab files on the Win2K install disk.

Correct - Recovery Console uses ONLY the BIOS built-in peripherals .. some (older) motherboards don't even support 'wheel' mouse or USB connections ..
