Abs are the LAST place to lose the weight.

Stomach cruchs are more effective than sit ups, but if your wanting great abs you have to get your body fat % down.... way way down and then the crunches will show.

Try ramping up your metabolism by eating 1 cup of food every two hours instead of 3 squares a day. That way your tricking your body into not storing as much fat by telling it that its ok to miss a meal cause its only 1 cup and your eating againg soon so no need to store much for later.

Dear Static, I will tell you an old fashioned way that Victorian people used to use to keep slender figures by reducing body fat. You will need Apple Cider Vinegar, a 30cc plastic med cup (or a small shot glass) and a poured glass of diet grape soda or whatever to remove the taste from your mouth. Breathe in deeply as this will take some getting used to but I swear on 40 bibles that it works if you keep it up for at least a couple weeks, if not more. Drink 30 cc's of the Apple Cider Vinegar right after any meal with sugar or carbs, then chase it down with a HUGH gulp of the diet grape soda so that taste doesn't linger in your mouth. Some diabetics in Kansas use this trick so that the carbs or sugar in their diet doesn't push their blood sugar over healthy limits. Insulin is released from the pancreas everytime you consume sugar or carbs, the more sugar or carbs the more insulin, and insulin leads to blubber sticking around where you don't want it. Apple cider Vinegar does something to the pancreas that reduces the amount of insulin released up to 35%. That does not give you an excuse to eat more, it just says that every indulgence won't turn into a blubber roll around your middle if you follow the earlier advice. Also, the Apple Cider Vinegar is the dark stuff not the water like liquid. Rinse out your mouth so the Vinegar doesn't stick to your teeth. This recipe won't eliminate all the lower belly blubber but it will help. Stretching exercizes and walking should help diminish the rest of the excess weight. Happy Holidays.
