While I was student, my parents suggested me not to eat eggs before seating for any exams. I later enquired the reason to my teachers why my parents asked me to do that and also asked if that was a myth? My teacher told me that egg has sulpher and that might be the reason why people dont allow their childs to eat eggs before exam. is it correct?

Though it is a myth but there is also a scientific cause behind this myth.
First, before any exam all students are tensed that also effects directly on digestive function. Ur digestion losses its proper power to digest a heavy protein and fatty food like eggs.SO it may not properly digest egg and create a disorder it Ur body and also create some uneasiness in Ur body. That prevent Ur brain to work properly in the time of the examination.
So the myth is scientific.

What I have learned most about mental health through peer advocacy is that
'one size does not fit all.'

One persons food/ medicine/ strategy, is another persons poison.

I think that we have our own unique physiology and our own unique mental health continuum.

So it sounds like a good experiemnt for you to make to see how eggs affect you .

They dont bother me any.
