Although it's located in Scottsdale I'd say some of the best Prime Rib in the overall Phoenix area is at Don & Charlie's restaurant!

Try Carver's on Bell Road... Not exactly in Phoenix. But still awesome.

I agree with Don and Charlies but Durant's and Kinkaid's downtown are excellent too.

Black Angus close to Metro Mall. More expensive one is in Papa Doux on Black Canyon close to Cactus
