Dude, I am having a similar problem! See, I used to be demon possessed, but got them cast out of me; now I'd really like to be "repossessed", but it just doesn't seem to be working! ;)

Baptismal is a dedication to follow God, there are no ritual to perform to get unbaptized, just make a choice not to be a follower of God, and it is done. I hope that you don't though, God loves you, what's the harm in loving Him back? But ultimately it is a choice, you are free to believe what you wish.

No, its impossible to undo a baptism. in case you probably did develop right into a Christian, the Church you the place baptized into does not rebaptize you and a few others additionally no longer (who settle for the Baptism as valid). The hyperlink is there and could no longer disappear yet you being an atheist is after all a disassociation so i does not rigidity approximately it.

in my opinion, no one can become "unbaptized." i've never heard it put like that lol. anyways...once you're baptized you're forever baptized. baptism is the public declaration of your decision to follow after God--it's letting everyone know that you have given your life over to God & are following Him. i was told that baptism is like a wedding ring. the ring is an object that shows that two ppl have promised their lives to each & have become united in marriage. BUT, it's just a symbol--the ring isn't wat makes the couple married.if one was to take off his/her ring it doesn't mean that he/she isn't married anymore, the symbol is just not shown. just as a ring symbolizes a couple's marriage to each other, so does baptism symbolize our "marriage" to Jesus Christ. whether you choose to continue your walk with the Lord is up to you--BUT you were still baptized into Him and nothing can "unbaptize" you.

not sure, but I think it would involve total submersion and then sudden eruption from the water via some sort of propulsion system. Throw in a fluffy, static charged towel to whisk away the remaining water and that should just about do it.

I suppose you could lodge a formal petition with the denomination of baptism by formally renouncing the baptism and adherence to or belief in Christianity. Perhaps they'll send you a certificate in the mail once the documents are in order and you could hang that on the wall.

Renouncing the religion that you were baptized into is about as close as you can come to being unbaptized.

It doesn't stick if you don't want it to.
I'm Jewish, so we have the real thing, called a mikvah, but christian baptism is it's own thing, filled with references to the trinity and the church and becoming part of that group, so to speak.
A Methodist minister told me that the "gift" of baptism is from the Holy Spirit---again, a christian thing--so I suppose you are wondering if you can give back the gift???

In terms of the Christian faith, no, you are locked-in lol. I guess the closest thing would be hating Jesus/God and securing damnation. And what EXACTLY baptism means depends on the church you had it done at.
Of course you could come up with your own ritual, or I'm sure there are others who have come up with something.

baptiSim is just an outward sign of an inward conversion.. it doesnt save u JESUS DOES,, if u dont want to follow him SIMPLY DONT .. JESUS respects your desires and will never force or coerce u into following HIM,, its a love relationship that you build on is all;;. IF REPENTENCE means to turn away from sin and forsake it then many that have been baptized are still in their sin for they have not forsaken the act , MJ

Either go to the other religions church that you would like to get re-baptized or just believe that baptism is made-up all someone did was put water on you.
