Let it get used to it by putting in on your pup and letting it loose for about 2-3min. Once it realizes it's not going to harm it, try picking the leash up and putting tension on it. Meaning if the puppy is fighting it/pulling back, just hold tension on it, do not slack up. Soon the puppy will learn to move forward due to the tension on it's neck being uncomfortable. This will not harm the pup, since technically it has the option to move forward.
Once the pup moves forward, you move with it, and if it fights it again, just stop and start the process all over. You'll learn you'll move more steps forward with each stop you take! Good luck.

Your puppy is never too young to learn how to walk on a leash! I also realize that Boston Terriers pull with their shoulders and front legs so the younger they learn to walk on a loose leash the better it will be for you!
Put your puppy on a leash. The puppy will try to pull. Just stand there until the puppy stops pulling and reward the puppy for not pulling:EVEN IF IT IS ONLY FOR A SECOND! Keep this up until the puppy starts naturally NOT pulling. Now you can start to walk with your puppy. EVERY TIME the puppy pulls STOP until the puppy leash is loose again, then proceed forward. This process may be a long time, PATIENCE is very important. Soon your puppy will be walking on a loose leash-not pulling you!

2 months is pretty young, don't expect too much. Put the leash on and let the pup drag it around. Then just take the pup on the leash around the house, slowly. Detangle the leash whenever needed. When the leash is tangled or wound around you, make sure this inconveniences the puppy more than you, so you can stay in a good mood. Gradually try to get the puppy to stay on your left side (in the "heel" position). Puppies can learn quite a bit, but they have a short attention span and you need to be kind and patient.

Try using a harness instead of a collar. Once you put it on let your puppy run around your house to get use to it. Give your puppy a lot of praise. Then gently pick up the leash and start walking your puppy. Again a lot of verbal praise even small treats if you like. Give it time, you'll both be walking with ease in no time. All the best;~)

put the leash on him or her and have it just long enough to reach the ground plus a few feet. He/ she should be by your side. When he/she tries to go too much forward, you have to stop to show that YOU are the boss. Google dog walking for more info.
