First off call the vet the pup will likely need to be seen. Second go to the pet store or some grocery store and buy puppy formula in the puppy department and feed the puppy from an eye dropper or small bottle again found in the puppy department. The puppy needs fed every 2 hours! make sure you do it every 2 hours

One of the biggest mistakes people make is keeping the puppy ON heat. You must put the heat in 1/2 the puppy's space (which can be small), but not the whole space. Puppys cannot thermoregulate, thus they move back and forth on/off heat to get their bodies to heat/cool. I never use a heating pad, rather I use a hot water bottle covered in a towel for 1/2 the space, bringing the bedding to the bottles height.
feeding amounts and timing is also very important.
good luck to you. do not leave the pup with the mom if she is pushing the pup away. During the night, the pup will get cold and can die. You will have to raise this pup entirely by hand, so be prepared. Your vet can also give very expert advise and be a lot of help.
Best to you.

Make sure she is warm as they are unable to maintaine their own body heat use a hot water bottle and and place a towel over the water bottle so it is warm and cosy. You will have to go to the vet and buy a bottle and tit aswell as some formular ( divetelac is really good) you add 60ml of water per scoop this is the only way you will be able to feed her. She will need to be fed every 1-2 hours this includes waking up in the middle of the night. If you are unable to care for this pup you could drop it of at a vet clinic and in many cases a nurse will take care of it untill it is old enough to eat on its own. Also check your puppy has developed a cleft pallet you can do this by opening its mouth and looking at the top to make sure it has the roof of its mouth with out this they are unable to suckle and it would need to be fed via stomach tube or be euthenised. Unfortunately this is extremely common in premature puppies and kittens

You should take both dogs to the vet and get them checked out. Ask the vet to set you up with puppy milk replacement and you'll probably have to feed the puppy yourself every two hours, as well as help the puppy eliminate. If you don't know how to do these things you didn't do any research before you bred.

First clean it, clean it around the eyes, nose, and mouth with a warm, wet (with just water) rag. Make sure she is in a dry, warm place, and dry her off the rest of the way. Then you can get some puppy formula from Walmart, and if you cannot find it, ask one of the people who work there. Then after that, call the vet for further suggestions.

You can as a last resort, try to get the mother to care for the puppy. Sometimes, rubbing the puppy in a towel that had been previously rubbed on the mother works because the mother recognizes her own scent on the puppy and accepts it. This doesn't always work, however, but it's worth a try.

First take both the mother and the pup to a veterinarian. Before you intervene make sure you understand what is going on. The mother may sense something wrong with the pup that you haven't caught, or their may be something wrong with the mother. The vet can show you ways to care for the pup or may be able to get the mother to help it.
