well the way i let a guy know I'm interested is by making eye contact and smiling. laughing at their jokes(even if they are lame. but the fact they tried is cute.) also you can usually tell when a girl is trying to get you to notice what she is doing. we have allot of tricks to get you to look our way.

They should smile at you go out of there way to be with you include you in there conversations bat there eyelash (girls realy do this ive seen it) oh and if they poke you its a gurenty like you sign. And if your friend say she likes you then she proble does cause their objective

you have to understand the "subtle signals".
they might touch their hair when you're talking to them, she might give you eye contact but then look away (shy ones), usually to the ground...
i guess its harder to understand the girl's ways compared to guys. you can always ask her best friend if youre really desperate. but sometimes even then, the girl won't tell her friends.

they look at you, they smile, then sometimes touch you, they say hi whenever u walk by them or vise versa... lots of ways, and those are just to name a few. or you could do the obvious, straight-up approach and just ask them who they like and see if they say you.

for me, when i like a guy, i like being with him, and staying close to him. i look at him alot, and really pay attention to what he says. but this is just me. hopefully other girls will post their reactions to a guy to give you some ideas =) good luck!
