Baby formula is not good for puppy's and kitten's you need to get them puppy milk it is in the dog area at your pet shop or Wal-Mart where ever you shop.
Please don't give them formula it is very bad on their digestive system and they cry because it does not fill them like puppy milk and probably gives them gas which they are probably having trouble passing.

Only real option is to help the mom out by continuing to bottle feed the pups but make sure the pups you are feeding are the ones that arent getting fed enough. Also call and speak to a vet about the formula's you should use. Using human baby formula is not safe on the puppies it doesnt give them the vitamins and things they need. They will likely tell you to get specific puppy formula or an alternative is a powdered cat formula that you just add warm water to.

the pups should have either puppy replacement milk or goats milk.
They need to be fed every 2 hours day and night.
This is your responsibility with a litter of pups. Not getting sleep sorry to say is the privilege of having babies in the house.
If you aren't feeding them every 2 hours this is why they are crying all the time. Or there could be underlying problems and the mom and pups should have or should see a vet within the first 24 hours to make sure everything is OK.

Don't use baby formula. It isn't good for them, and there will be side effects later in life. You need to get some puppy formula. Feed them with an plastic eyedropper or syringe every 2 hrs day and night, check and see who is hungry and needs more. As they get older, you can use a bottle, or might can now depending on their size. But at first you need to check at least every 2 hrs and make sure every body is full. Also I'd check and make sure they've pottied with a wet cotton ball, as new mothers sometimes forget to help their pups defecate.

you probably have a lab or lab mix or pit or pit x? they tend to have really big litters.

you need to continue to supplement the puppies, there is no other way. be SURE the mother has an excellent diet, for obvious reason.

you need to use milk replacer made for dogs... others are NOT balanced.

there are many internet sites that help explain how, how much, and when. also, you have to physically stimulate the puppies if she isn't doing that.

this is really pretty serious. if you cannot get the answers you need, please call your vet.

and by all means, get this girl spayed as soon as the puppies are weaned/gone. don't wait.

good luck to you.

Baby milk, or puppy milk replacement? If you are making sure that they are getting enough to eat. Maybe they are too cold? Or no one is helping them eliminate?

You need to get them care ASAP, and if you don't have money. Call your Humane Society,...
Also, Spay/USA for after she is done nursing.
I am not sure regular milk is a great idea for pups. I think evaporated milk with warm water mixture? Do a little more research for tonight.
Please get them some help as soon as possible. Crying puppies is not a good sign.

I have been through the same thing and I know what you are going through!!! Many sleepless nights! You didn't say how old they are but when this happened to me the pups were about 2 weeks old. My vet said to mix up 1/2 puppy chow and1/2 water in a blender, so its like soup and let them lick it up. Also give them lots of Gator aide to keep them from being dehydrated! GOOD LUCK!!!

Puppy formula from the pet or local feed store.

Solicit some help in fostering some of them, ask some friends to foster one or two of them for a few days.
( try to foster at least 6 out) the poor momma will be drained enough with six of them to nurse and care for.

Each pup needs to feed every two hours at least.

Oh,......in six weeks: ***** GET YOUR DOG FIXED *****
