At school we have this "12 Minuete run" thing. And you have to get as many laps as possible ( 1 lap = 10% )

But I can't run. I can run for like 5 minuets and then I pass out. even if I jog. One time I couldn't drink water cause I was so exausted from a fitness Test.

Problems:
Lose Breath
Get bad Craps. SO SO BAD.

My legs are fine they can go for hours. But I can't seem to run.
Are there any ways I can do something to prevent the problems from happening?

(This question may sound confusing for some of you- Sorry)

drink lots of water an hour or so before you run...if you drink it right before you run it can probably make it worse. Eat breakfast and lunch. Try not to start out too fast, just find a pace thats good for you, and keep going at that pace. If you know the times almost done and you feel that you can, pick it up a little at the end, but dont push yourself too hard. keep your breath nice and smooth. and take big breaths. i hope it gets better!

Alright im a sprinter / long distance runner this is all you need to know......
First, Eat something high in carbs before your run. Such as, a candy bar, power bar, or an energy drink. Make sure you are hydrated before the run but not too much if you get side aches easily.
Now can i ask something? Are you eating a good breakfast? That is what keeps you going allllllll day long. Seriously eat a big breakfast.
As for running go at a steady pace and if you think you can go faster without burning out go for it. Can you bring an Ipod? try that.
And make sure your breathing when you run. sounds dumb but its true. Try taking two small breaths in that out when you run, it helps me. And do you run properly? are you using your arms? Follow these and your good to go. And remember running is mind over matter. psych yourself up before the run. goodluck =)

Eat healthy/healthier
Fruits & Veggies are better than Sugar Cubes and Crunchy Flavored Fat they taste better IMO
and do stuff that gets your heart beating more
soon doing that same stuff will make your heart beat less
You could run like 1-2 miles on a daily basis and than soon move it up to 3

do you eat before you run? i typically cannot eat up to 2 hours before i go running or i get awful awful side cramps.

do you have asthma problems? that could also be a problem if you have trouble breathing. it could be exercise-induced. check with a doctor and get an inhaler if that is the case?

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. That prevents cramps. Also don't talk when you run.
