make yourself burb. or drink some mylanta/maalox if you have some. if you cant do these things then drink a soda. that should be your last resort though because soda can make you burp the gas away or add to it. sorry if these tips dont work.

Don't mix fruits with vegetables in your stomach in the same meal. Each alone is ok. Dont eat vegetables, with fruit for desert. Don't overeat, especially anything with sugar in it. Sugar causes fermentation. Get sufficient B complex, B6 and B2. Keep your bowels open (don't get constipated). Get some exercise. Eat bran. Don't eat more than 1/2 cup of beans at a meal. When cooking beans throw out the first cooking water after about a minute.throw out the soak water before you even begin to cook beans. If you go to Mexico, bring back some Lugols 1/2 strength. It is 1/2 strength iodine people take about 7 drops of internally and it has been known to expel painful gas and bloat in a very short time.keep refrigerated. Most meat eaters collect some 8 to 25 pounds of fecal matter around with them, unaware of it,and unaware of what to do to get rid of it. Too much gas is one symptom of it.

There are probably foods in your diet that you do not digest well. If you use artificial sweeteners they could be causing it. Milk is a problem for some people. Eating too much at one time can make it difficult for you to digest your food. Look into what you eat and how you eat.

Drink some vinegar with water. Ten drops per quarter cup.
Vinegar is the nutrilizer. Worth trying.

Whenever I am gassy, I eat a few rolaids and that usually makes me belch constantly. It gets rid of my gas.
